We are excited to release Pine AI 1.4, in which among several smaller updates we introduce a powerful new feature called Cell Analysis.
In this update you’ll notice that the Data Analysis function is now gone. It has been split into the Range Analysis and Cell Analysis tools. The Range Analysis is just a renamed version of the old Data Analysis function and works in the exact same way. So, you still have the powerful option to analyze and summarize a range of cells with the help of ChatGPT.
However, let’s focus on the main update of the 1.4 release – the Pine AI Cell Analysis tool. So, what does it actually do? In a nutshell, Cell Analysis allows users to analyze individual cells and get the requested results straight in another cell, ready to continue working with. You can choose to receive the results either on the same sheet, or a different one within the active workbook. This opens many new opportunities to save time and boost productivity.
Here are a few examples:
Extract strings from text, like first/last names of people or city names:
Get additional information based on cell values, like adding the country names based on cities:
Translate cells from and to any language while keeping the current data structure:
All of this without ever needing to leave Excel.
These are just a few examples of how the Pine AI Cell Analysis can be used to save time and streamline tasks, which otherwise wouldn’t be possible with standard Excel functions.
All current Pine AI subscribers can download the new version directly from the original download link received in the Order Summary e-mail.
If you haven’t had the chance to try out Pine AI yet, remember that it comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, so you can give it a try without any risk whatsoever.
Best Regards,
The Pinexl Team
